  • Atma Nirbhar Skilled Employees Employer Mapping (ASEEM) portal, works as a directory of skilled personnel, has been created by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
  • The goal is to create a platform that links the supply of qualified workers with market demand, allowing youth to have better job options and companies to have ready-to-work competent workers.
  • The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is in charge of the ASEEM site, which is run by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.

Goal

  • ASEEM Portal is to provide a platform that connects the supply of skilled workers with market demand, allowing youngsters, especially migrants, to have improved livelihood options and businesses to have ready-to-work workers.
  • ASEEM now has data/profiles for roughly 10 lakh migrants.

AI Based

  • ASEEM consists of three IT-based AI (artificial intelligence)-driven stakeholder interaction interfaces:
  • An employment application that uses machine learning and automated matching based on personas to provide users with access to hyperlocal jobs.
  • Employers can use a demand and campaign management system to estimate existing and future demand.
  • For analytics and insights, there is a management dashboard. This information might potentially be utilised to make future decisions.

  • It has three IT-based interfaces and is also accessible as an application (app).
  • Onboarding, demand aggregation, and applicant selection are all available through the Employer Portal.
  • Reports, trends, analytics, and gaps are all shown on a dashboard.
